Send personalized offers through email to every customer that connects on site. When you reach out, it not only makes the customer feel welcome, but they are less likely to take advantage of the offer.

For C2C marketing messages: configure the offer to change on a regular basis. This keeps the social interaction fresh and customers are more likely to share your brand.

 

Explain Offer Limitations:

It’s important to manage your customer’s expectations when it comes to free offers and specials. Make sure all offers have a clear but succinct limitations clause. This should include some or all of the following restrictions:

  • No cash value
  • Offer doesn’t include tax and gratuity
  • This certificate may only be used once
  • Please show offer to staff at time of purchase
  • Offer only available for loyalty club members
